Our recruitment process is demanding... and caring.
Candidates submit their usual CVs and cover letters, and they also respond to a slightly less conventional question: "What makes you happy about the prospect of fulfilling the mission CVE offers you?"

Our Recruitment Process
Our process is built on communication and our desire to provide clarity, allowing you to envision your future challenge with transparency.
If your application catches our interest, we offer a three phased approach:
- A discussion with a member of the Human Project team,
- A conversation with the team manager, and
- An interview with a situational or technical exercise at our premises with the team members.
You're Chosen!
Your manager reaches out to you, expressing his/her desire for you to join the team and providing details outlined in your job offer.
Then, we eagerly await your agreement before informing other candidates.
Of course, we make it a priority to respond to each application.
